WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN THIS COURSE:

If you want to learn how to fly over the water with the new foil boards, this is the course for you! After a theory session on land, the instructor will take you to the best wind conditions to help you work on your balance and try your first water starts to begin foiling.

The course is held in small groups of 2 to 4 people over two half-day sessions. After the theory part, each student is coached individually in the water in turns — just like a private lesson — with radio helmets to stay in constant contact with the instructor.

  • Introduction to equipment, ground flight test, balance and stance exercises

  • How to get on the board starting from a kneeling position, then standing up
